Yash Uses the Veto, and Drew Puts Devens on the Block
Episode 26 is still unfolding. Each daily update follows the relationships carrying the most tension: who is rebuilding trust, who is saying different things to different people, and which choice could change the house next.
E26+0 — Episode Baseline
Story 1: Drew and Melody
Is Drew winning Melody back—or is she keeping him close without trusting him?
Drew tried to explain the previous vote, but Melody challenged his loyalty to the veterans. She stayed in the conversation without treating one talk as proof that their old trust had returned. At the E26 baseline, they were speaking again, but the relationship was not repaired. If Melody trusted him again, Drew could leave his HOH with an important connection restored.
Story 2: Barrett and Devens
Is Barrett protecting Devens—or keeping him calm while another plan develops?
Barrett told Devens that they were secure. Later, he told Drew that nominating Devens could help Drew with the other side of the house. Devens continued treating Barrett as someone who might protect him. If Drew followed Barrett’s advice, Barrett could eventually have to choose between his promise to Devens and his plan with Drew.
Story 3: Barrett and Drew
Is Barrett helping Drew make his best move—or steering him toward a move that helps Barrett?
Barrett told Drew that nominating Devens could improve Drew’s standing with players who distrusted him. Drew had the HOH power to act on that advice, while Barrett could gain room to move away from the veterans. At the E26 baseline, Drew had not made the replacement decision. If he followed Barrett’s plan, the move could help Drew rebuild trust or leave Barrett with the greater advantage.
Story 4: Drew and Devens
Will Drew accept Devens’s offer—and what could it cost them?
Devens repeatedly offered to go on the block if Yash used the veto. He wanted to keep Dee and Angela safe, but Drew would have to make the nomination. At the E26 baseline, Drew had not accepted the offer. If he did, their agreement would protect two allies while placing Devens in danger.
Story 5: Yash and Drew
Will Yash’s veto force Drew to show which relationship he will risk?
Haley left after the twist without a house vote. Drew then won HOH and nominated LaTrice, Taylor, and Yash. Yash won the veto. At the E26 baseline, he could save himself and force Drew to name another nominee. If he used it, Drew’s replacement choice would show which relationship he was willing to risk.
E26+1 — The Veto Changes the Matchup
Story 1: Drew and Devens
Did Drew honor Devens’s offer—or expose an ally he may still need?
Yash used the veto and came off the block. Devens had already offered to take his place so Dee and Angela would remain safe. Drew accepted and put Devens beside LaTrice and Taylor, but he later questioned whether Devens was loyal to him. At this update, Devens must win the BB Blockbuster or risk facing the house vote. If he leaves, Drew will have nominated and lost one of his allies.
Story 2: Barrett and Devens
Will Barrett’s reassurance survive a real opportunity to vote Devens out?
Barrett told Devens that he was safe. He also told Drew that nominating Devens could help Drew’s game. Devens still trusts him. If Devens loses the Blockbuster and faces the house vote, Barrett may have to choose between protecting Devens and supporting Drew’s plan.
Story 3: Devens, Dee, and Angela
Can Dee and Angela turn their concern into protection?
Devens volunteered so Dee and Angela would not go on the block. After his nomination, they looked for a way to keep him and discussed how their games might change if he left. At this update, their concern has not produced guaranteed safety. If Devens faces the house vote, their next conversations must show whether they can change anyone’s decision.
Story 4: Taylor, Melody, Yash, and Barrett
Can they trust Barrett to help vote out Devens?
After the ceremony, Taylor, Melody, Yash, and Barrett discussed what could happen if Devens lost the Blockbuster. Their conversation opened a possible path to vote him out, but no one had cast a vote. At this update, the plan still depends on Devens remaining nominated. If that happens, Barrett’s choice could decide whether the group acts together.
Story 5: Devens and Crossovers
Can Devens’s jury warning stop Crossovers from voting him out?
Devens warned that a Crossovers member who voted him out could lose the veterans’ jury votes. Dee and Angela supported the warning, but no one had tested it. At this update, the threat has not produced a vote. If Devens faces eviction, the response will show whether Crossovers believes the consequence.
E26+2 — Barrett’s Split Loyalties Become the Story
Story 1: Barrett, Melody, and Yash
Is Barrett building a new side—or creating enemies on both sides?
Barrett comforted Melody and told her that he hoped to show they were on the same side. He also discussed with Yash how removing Devens could change Drew’s position. At this update, those conversations point toward a possible new group, but Melody and Yash have not promised Barrett lasting protection. If they work together beyond one vote, Barrett may gain a new place in the house.
Story 2: Barrett and Devens
Will Barrett vote against Devens after continuing to reassure him?
Barrett stated that he intended to evict Devens if Devens remained nominated. Devens had continued receiving reassurance from him and had no clear reason to count Barrett as a vote against him. At this update, Barrett is preparing to break from Devens while Devens still trusts him. If Devens faces the vote, Barrett’s choice will show whether he follows through.
Story 3: Drew and Yash
Can Drew revive an old working group—or has Yash already moved on?
Drew proposed restarting Dapper Dans with Devens, but Yash said the group was too far gone. Drew can make nominations during his HOH, but he will need allies after that authority ends. At this update, Yash has rejected the reunion. If he keeps moving toward Barrett and Melody, Drew may have to rebuild the relationship without relying on the old alliance name.
Story 4: Drew and Devens
Does Drew still want Devens as an ally—or has his trust faded?
Drew and Barrett questioned whether Devens was committed to them or moving between groups. Later, Drew proposed an alliance reunion that still included Devens. At this update, Drew has put Devens in danger but may still want to work with him. If Devens survives, Drew will have to decide whether to rebuild that trust.
Story 5: Drew and Barrett
Is Barrett helping Drew—or using Drew’s HOH to change sides?
Barrett encouraged Drew to nominate Devens and later joined Drew in questioning Devens’s loyalty. He then told Yash that removing Devens could pull Drew toward their side. At this update, Barrett is working with Drew while also preparing for a different group. If Devens leaves, Drew may learn whether Barrett’s advice helped them both or mostly helped Barrett.
