Kamu gains the one live decision and chooses not to use it. The choice protects LaTrice’s plan and several possible replacement nominees while cutting Haley and Chuk off from the help they expect. Angela and Dee disclose hidden votes, and FAP begins as a name before it proves anything.

What changes
The vote picture changes, but the Power scores do not.
No numeric score or rating change clears the Episode threshold.
Kamu’s live veto right expires after non-use. The benefit creates upward Reward evidence, but one cycle does not establish repeated Reward3 leverage. Angela and Dee produce real information responses; mixed or already-credited reach keeps every six-base vector unchanged.
Why the veto stays unused
Kamu protects one emerging network and stops protecting another.

Claim stop: Episode 18 establishes Kamu’s veto win and non-use, the final nominee group, the Angela and Dee disclosures, early FAP formation, and the unresolved fifth Time Capsule vote. It excludes later campaigning, the Blockbuster, eviction, and every Episode 19 or later event.
