What changes
The block changes. The six Power ratings do not.
No numeric score or rating change clears the Episode threshold.
Dee already holds the top formal and coercive ratings. LaTrice’s veto authority activates and expires inside the Episode, leaving a Safety Lock rather than a persistent Legitimate increase. Devens’s accepted frame supports his existing Expert3 and Informational4. Every active total carries.

Devens gives Dee a reason to choose Mallory. He does not make the choice for her.
